Who are we?

Very Personal Trainers is collective of trainers and health professionals sharing knowledge and experience to enhance our working relationships. We work on a one to one basis with our own clients and also work together on exercise events, group and bootcamp training. Whilst most people will look at their training approach and say they’re working hard we make sure you people put the effort in places that will secure positives outcomes and give people a surge of energy in the long term. Our technique incorporates elements of resistance work, strength training, corrective exercise, bodybuilding, yoga, sports specific training, dance, and cardiovascular training to ensure we rebalance and challenge the body. Over the last few years we can safely say we take pride in yielding results often beyond our participant’s expectations, we are committed to raising awareness of the benefits of a fitter lifestyle and work with people to embed long term changes.
